We’re building the dialer real estate deserves.
RexDial is built by operators who ran real estate outbound floors and got tired of paying VoIP vendors for software that wasn’t designed for the way deals actually get done.
Born on a dialer floor. Built for one.
RexDial started in 2022 inside a real estate acquisitions floor running 12 shifts a day. The team had cycled through every legacy dialer on the market — and every one of them shipped with the same compromises: clunky installs, no reputation monitoring, no real automation, no real estate workflows.
So they built their own. Predictive dialing on top of carrier-grade telephony, lead routing refined on tens of millions of real outbound calls, and a CRM modeled on the actual stages of a wholesale deal — contract, assignment, close.
Today RexDial powers acquisitions desks, lead-gen agencies, and VA pods across North America — and the team is still measured by one thing: the contracts our customers write because the dialer didn’t get in their way.
By the numbers
How we build RexDial.
Operators, not VoIP vendors.
We came from real estate floors and lead-gen agencies. Every product decision starts with: would this help a closer write more contracts today?
Real estate first.
We don’t serve generic outbound. We serve wholesalers, acquisitions teams, and lead-gen agencies — and our workflows reflect that focus.
Ship what works.
Lead routing, spam reputation monitoring, supervisor whisper — we built these because operators asked for them, not because they’re trending.
White-glove by default.
Every customer gets a CSM in the first 90 days. Our success is measured in your contracts written, not seats sold.
